2008 - 2011 Completed my undergraduate degree in Finance at the University of Northern BC. I started my first business in 3rd year university. It was a painting business. It allowed me to pay off my $40,000 student loan and buy my first investment property within 6 months of graduating
2012 - Present Used the profits from my business to buy my first investment property

2013 - 2016 Studied at UBC and became a Real Estate Agent with
Macdonald Realty.
2016 - 2020 Left real estate and started a home service franchise called Shack Shine. Eventually sold it in late 2020 to start another painting business. Learned about the power of creating SOP's and following a system
2023 Bought a cash flow positive multi family building with a JV Partner in BC. We renovated, increased the value, refinanced, raised rents and are now holding long term.

As a young man I grew up as a passionate skateboarder In my 20's I discovered a passion for business & Finance.
Did my Degree in Finance and Started my own Business while I was in School. Bought my first two investment properties with my business profits while I was still a student. Discovered financial freedom. Travelled the world after university. In my 30's I discovered plant medicine and the spiritual path. Found God. Learned about prayer, music and ceremony. Realized that life is about abundance at all levels of living. Today I am a real estate investor, business man and entrepreneur. I help people discover their Ikigai.
